Reward Points

Due to the success of the Rewards Points program we have decided to revise the program to improve the platform and the rewards on offer. We will relaunch this program shortly so join the mailing list to receive information of the new program. In the meantime, any Reward Points you have already earned will still be redeemable on the site, and when we start the new program any earnings you have will be migrated.

How do I redeem points?

Redeem your points during checkout. If you have accumulated enough points you will have the options of using your points as one of the payment methods.

The option to use points, as well as your points balance and the monetary value, will be shown to you in the payment method area of the checkout.

Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards and gift cards.

Please note, you are also redeeming a gift card and the value of your purchase decreases you will earn points according to the final price paid, not the original price.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of points I can redeem?

There is no minimum number of points required, but points must be redeemed in blocks of 10 points.

Reward points are capped at a maximum value of 500 points. You will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

How can I view and manage my Reward Points?

You are able to view your balance through your Customer Account. You will see total points, plus currency equivalent, minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit, and a cumulative history of points acquired and redeemed. The history will also show expiration notifications.

Points are awarded once your order has shipped so please wait until you have received a shipping confirmation before checking your points balance.

Do Reward Points expire?

Reward Points are valid for 365 days. You can sign up to receive a notification by email of points balance changes, including a notification of when your points have 30 days left before expiry. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.

What happens if I return an item?

If you return an item the Reward Points earned on that item will be deducted from your Reward Point balance.

If you return an item and had used Reward Points as part payment towards that item you will be refunded the appropriate Reward Points.
